MEET YOUR NEW COACH

My name is Tasha Star. I grew up in Ontario, spent my early years competing in equestrian show jumping, and eventually became an international bikini competitor. Fitness and performance have been part of my life for as long as I can remember.

But what shaped my coaching the most wasn’t the competition world — it was learning how to rebuild my own physical and mental health.

I’ve been coaching since 2014, and in 2019 I founded Star Lifestyle to create a coaching experience that reflects what I truly believe: real progress starts with improving how your body functions.


When I first started out, I struggled with anxiety, a lack of direction, and constantly chasing validation through achievements. Even when I looked “fit,” I didn’t feel healthy or grounded. I wasn’t functioning at a level that supported the life I wanted.


Over the years, through education in psychotherapy, biomechanics, functional health, and my own personal experience, I learned how to address the root causes — not just the symptoms. That’s the foundation of my coaching today.


I’ve worked with industry leaders and practitioners to deepen my understanding so I can offer more than surface-level guidance. My focus is helping you improve your health, regulate your nervous system, build strength, and create sustainable habits that support your entire life.


Whether you’re working with me one-on-one or through an executive-level package, your plan will be tailored to your needs and goals. My role is to guide you, support you, and help you understand what’s actually happening in your body so you can make progress without chaos or extremes.
